Full-Service Buffet Packages, priced per guest
Clásico, from $32: 2 proteins, 2 sides, salad, tortillas and house salsas.
Fiesta, from $40 (most popular): 3 proteins, 2 sides, salad, an appetizer and the Bono Toppings Bar with 11 fresh toppings and 5 signature salsas, so every guest dresses their own plate.
Premier, from $52: a premium protein, 3 sides, 2 appetizers, dessert, 14 toppings and 7 dressings.
Gran Gala, from $78: our wedding and gala experience with high-end proteins and 18 toppings, served in Bono ceramic and chinaware.
Every package includes buffet setup, tablecloths, chafing dishes, sternos, serving utensils, food labels, a sanitizer station and premium bamboo disposables. Service staff, rentals, drinks and travel are quoted with your proposal. Minimum 25 guests; $1,500 event minimum.
